A report is drafted by our Technician, and once we receive any sample testing results, is sent to our instructing client

Our Auger Engineer visits the customer’s property to complete the proposed drainage or water supply pipe repairs if instructed

Our Technician will review the completed works to ensure they are high quality

Our Claims Advisor contacts our customer shortly after the repair visit to confirm they are happy with our works. Our 10-year DrainShield Guarantee and Customer Satisfaction Survey are sent to the customer
