    As a director, I focus on finding new opportunities to enhance our services to our clients and customers, and provide technical subsidence expertise to our claims colleagues.

    I act as a mentor to many in the organisation, and spend time instilling the 'whatever it takes' mindset across our team.

  • As Auger's Managing Director, it's my responsibility to make sure we live up to our mantra of doing 'whatever it takes for our customers, colleagues and communities', and embed our values into our nationwide team of 200.

    I began my career at Auger as a Claims Advisor 10 years ago, caring for our customers on behalf of our insurance clients, before spending 5 years responsible for our BI & Data as our Head of Business Improvement. I am passionate about making Auger a great place to work for my colleagues and committed to leading a responsible and sustainable organisation that gives back to the communities we work in.

  • I have over 5 years of experience managing our diary.

    I deal with the day-to-day running of the diary which means I get to work between fast-paced reactive work as well as the scheduling of the more complex jobs.

    I'm fortunate to be part of a great team that understands the importance of an effective diary whilst at the same time striving to make the customer journey as smooth as possible.

  • As the Water Operations Manager at Auger, I take pride in overseeing a team of skilled water mains engineers deployed nationwide. My role is multifaceted, involving not only the strategic coordination of projects but also the crucial task of providing support and guidance to our engineers on the ground.

    Central to my responsibilities is ensuring that our team operates at its peak efficiency, consistently delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and customers water-related issues. I prioritize maintaining a healthy, robust work environment where each team member feels valued and motivated to excel in their role.

  • As a Claims Team Manager, my role revolves around ensuring our claims team consistently delivers first-class customer service.

    I lead and guide the claims team, overseeing the end-to-end claims process to guarantee efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. My responsibilities include implementing best practices, providing ongoing training, and fostering a positive team culture to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations.

    I am dedicated to continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, and creating an environment where our team excels in delivering a first-class experience for our valued customers.

  • As a people-centric manager, I ensure that I am available to provide guidance to our external site operatives and office-based members of staff. I work closely with my team to overcome daily challenges that we face in attempting to provide excellence in customer service.

  • I apply meticulous attention to detail to deliver a seamless invoicing process to ensure our clients receive precision and consistency. Using custom-built technology to analyse a range of invoicing data ensures leakage and inaccuracies are kept to a minimum.

  • With over 3 years of experience working with Auger’s complex data, I now manage our BI & Data Team of 5 to deliver industry-leading MI and insights to our leadership team and clients.
