I'm constantly looking at new ways to streamline our processes and to deliver improved efficiencies for the business and our clients whilst ensuring we maitain our industry leading customer service. As a data centric company, I spend a lot of time building reports and analysing data to make informed decisions over the future direction of the business.
I have had a front-row seat in the experience of dealing with rapid growth while maintaining and improving our service and performance. I’ve developed our service offering to include fresh water claims which have been aligned with our more mature drainage and subsidence products. My primary focus is on developing and growing teams who will do whatever it takes for our clients and customers.
Managing a national team of multi-skilled engineers has its challenges! Fortunately, I’ve got the support and infrastructure to make the most of this responsibility. We thrive on solving complex problems and ensuring all parties are satisfied. We rarely have to ask a team member to go the extra mile – they’ve generally already done it.

My role as External Operations Manager involves creating synergy between our team of External Investigation Engineers and our Internal Operational Departments. I guide our nationwide workforce in solving complex on-site problems to identify the source of our customer's issue, whilst also mentoring our in-house Technical experts to provide a high quality, same day reporting service for our customers and clients.
